# See it work

Most of this site explains the machine. These three demonstrations _show_ it, running live in your own browser: the first on the data your browser really reveals, the other two on a fictional person and a mock app, so nothing of yours is touched. Nothing you see is sent anywhere, with one exception: the tracker test in the first demo sends three real requests, to Google and X, when you press its button, and says so. Everything else happens on your device.

Tracking & Targeting

## [What your browser reveals](https://attentionmachine.org/en/attention-machine/tracking-and-targeting/)

Without clicking anything, your browser hands over enough to fingerprint and profile you. Watch it happen, see the ad auction your data enters, and see the profile turned into a targeted message.

Gamification

## [Feel the mechanics](https://attentionmachine.org/en/attention-machine/gamification-demo/)

Streaks, badges, and progress bars shown first as harmless fun — then the identical mechanics pointed at your time and attention. The argument makes itself.

Data Combination

## [How the profile is assembled](https://attentionmachine.org/en/attention-machine/data-combination/)

Three companies each hold a harmless-looking slice of one person. A single shared key combines them into one sharp profile — no master database required. Toggle privacy rules and watch the link break.
